Today I learnt to give stuff that will respect it and will give it back and don't give stuff that they will not treat it properly.Then we talked about giving stuff like $5 or pencil and dvd to our family,friends and strangers then we talked about lending stuff to others people so they can payback on time and be honest when you pay them back

Trip to Stardome

                                                              

Early in the morning our school went to Stardome Observatory when we got there we straight away had our lunched then we played on the park and played bull rush it was fun playing but we need to sit in a line after that we walked towards the door to go inside while we were inside a man was talking to us then we went inside the space room and talked about space and asking question then we went outside the space room and looked around it was cool looking at different things that were in space after that we went inside Wonders Of The Universe I sat down and lean backwards then the movie started it was col because it felt like we were in space and looking at cool thing that were in space that i did not know that were there after that we went outside and the bus was waiting for us to leave to go back to school.

                                                              

Kiwi Can

Today we went to kiwi can our topic was respecting ourselves.We got straight into our energiser game we need to go into 4 groups 1 person had to be leader to tell the other people to do like line up,5 steps back,2 jumps forward.Then we played our activity game it was human knot we got into 2 groups the we had to go in a circle and put our right hand up and reach out to the other side and we to to untangle ourselves .After that we did our GKQ General Knowledge Question then we did our points we had a low score it was 20    

Reflection of treaty of waitangi

This week my group has been working on the Treaty of Waitangi timeline.This work was about what happened to the treaty.The treaty has been gone through lots of different places.The treaty was in fire there was a man who saved it his name called George Eliot and it was been eaten by rats.the treaty is now at the New Zealand National Archives.The document is important to the British and the Maori.

Uniforms

The problem is about should we wear school uniforms.

Kids should wear schools uniforms to show respect to other people or other school.Kids wear uniforms because they're proud of their school wearing uniforms because it is there school uniforms.Uniforms is important to teachers so they know which school they go to.

Why should we wear uniforms

We should wear school uniform because if we go on a trip and we are good to the people who are around us then they will think we are a good school.If we don’t wear school uniforms to trips and we are good then the people don’t know which school we go to .

Statement

If we don;t wear school uniforms then they will think that our school doesn't look healthy learning school and it makes the government will think that we are not a nice or good school for learning and people think that that is not a good school for children.

Duffy Assembly

Today at Duffy assembly we had a man called Myron Simpsons he talk about him self he had been to over 25 countries and he had won a silver medal in mexico he had a Aero Dynamic to make him go much faster like an motorbike his bike was a Carbonfibre  he got his bike from France.He piked 4 people Myron gave the Gorge his silver medal, he gave his shoes to Mateaki, then he gave Honey the helmet it had the newzealand flag and the kiwi and the silver ferns,after that he gave the suit to Sioeli.Last of all  Alisi did a thank you speech to Myron Simpsons.

Kiwi Can

Today at Kiwi Can we learnt about resilient  then we played a game called circle hands it was a good game after that we went into a circle and talk about how do we get distraction and how we don't get distraction.then we played another game called distraction circle we need to get into 5 groups 1 person had to be in the middle and the other 4 people had to do a circle 1 person is showing the person in the middle how to dance,the other person has to ask questions to the middle person,the next person has to draw  some shapes on his back,then the other person has to tell a story and the guy in middle has to do everything at the same time.Then we got into a circle and did our points we 5 points for participation,5 for respect,5 for team work,5 for engagement,5 for positive attitude.

          

Pig

Tongan pigs are big and small they are fast and slow.We eat pigs because we like it. Pigs are yum becuse we like eating pork. Pigs runaway when we try and kill it. We like pig because． it's delicious. It brings joy to Tongans when we eat it for dinner

Mechanic

Mechanic does fixing cars,planes and making it work

Mechanic dose fixing and they fix engines,tyres so it can make it drive

I want to fix changing the oil and,replacing the tyres,replacing window blades,doing fluid levels.

Car Wash

The first thing I did on Saturday was to give my cake to give it to the teacher.The cakes were $1.50 and the drinks were $1 dollar and the sausage sizzle was $1.50 and the chop suey and potato was $5 dollars for a bowl.  I had to wait for a car to wash, then a car came for a wash and  it was Miss Parker husband car. It was dirty so i got some helpers to help me wash his car.Next car I washed was Bono Mum’s car and uncle car. I was tired of washing his car then my friend brought some potato salad and chop suey for James and Mangila and I. I did the spoon and James did the chop suey and Mangila did the potato salad. Then we put it in the bowl. After that, we put it on the table.Then another car came and  we rushed to the car to wash it. We had to do lots of washing to clean this car because it was really muddy. At the end of the car wash we raised $910 dollars.

             

The Homeless Guy

Once there lived a person called Sefo he was Homeless I kept walking past him and looking at him he looked like a different kind of human i felt sad for the homeless person.

I came back around 3 years he was still there he had ripped cloths and he had no shoes on.He set up his own music equipment every time he sang a song it sounded beautiful.There was one rich guy gave him a billion dollars.

After a few weeks later he had a career he sell lots of songs people started liking him.He went and look for a women to marry him he looked everywhere then he sawed a woman that looked pretty he asked the woman’s name.

Her name was Maria then Sefo asked her out in a date they went to a restaurant they started to know each other after that the next day Sefo went  to bought a ring then they went to the same restaurant then it was the right time to give it to her.

Sefo went down on his knees and asked her to marry me she said yes.They got all there dress ready and there suite ready after they got married .They had 3 kids, 90 million dollars, they lived in a mansion and a Lamborghini car.

They lived happily ever after.  

Car Wash

On Staurday we are going to have a car wash at Glenbrae School at 103 lyebourn Circle.We are fundraising for our camp next term for the year 7 and 8.We are going to Waitangi we need lots of money and lots of sponsorship to sponsor us for our camp.

Recount

Yesterday my dad ask if we can go to the swimming pool so we said yes first we got our cloths ready then we got our towel after that we went to the shop and brought some food to eat at the swimming pool.When we got there i quickly went in the pool after that i was tired of swimming so i went to get some food and eat it then i went back to the pool.after that we went to carls j the burger that I got was the BBQ burger it was delicious so i got another BBQ burger i was full so went back home and have a rest.

Children gets abused over 2,000 children gets beaten and smash in the U.S children dies of abuse each year in the U.S of abuse.In florider parents leave they younger children at home only 12 and up can go with there parents.

Physical abuse is an injury to a child or a person physical abuse can hurt child by broken bones ,concussion or bruns.Physical abuse can leave makes one there body like bruises, welts on there neck , chest and at the back.

My Holidays

YAS! It the holidays it going to be fun in the holidays.

On Friday we went to Happy Days I got lots of food I was still hungry so I went to get some more food then I went to get a drink after that I got some desert I got lots of yummy food the my stomach was getting hurt.it was fun eating at Happy Days.

House Sport

Today at lunch we went to the field and play relay.We got into our house colours the first people to race was the Nikau house after they ran their fastest like a car to the end after that it was the Kauri turn to race it was a close race.

Next it was Kowai turn to race they ran fast as a cheetah.Next it was the Rata house they ran fast like the wind.The last race was the fastest 4 people in each houses they got into the lines then they started to run fast like the fastest thing in the world.The house that came first was the Kauri house,Nikau house,Rata house and the last house was Kowai house.
