‘Friday morning and I can't wait for netball “ smile Ilalio.Our teacher got us to the netball court and Coach Gina greeted us with a smile. First we got into 3 groups of 8 people. As soon as we started playing, we were as fast as bullets. Then it was halftime and we needed to give the subs a turn. We counted our points, Queensland had 8 and New South Wales had 4.
Next Queensland battled the Underdogs to see who was going to come out on the top. We were all as fast as Usain Bolt. Queensland had the first goal then it was a tie. Straight after halftime, we took the second goal, ‘ well done guys keep it up” yelled Saelei. Then they caught up to us. It all came down to the last few minutes of the game. We took the final goal just in time for the game to finish.We counted our points the Underdogs came in last place, the New South Wales came in 2nd place and Queensland came in 1st place. The Queensland team won the cup. YAY!
